Don’t Let Ageing be an Excuse to Stop Living

Written by

Jules Renard once said, “It`s not how old you are, it`s how you are old.” Age is just a number which should never define you and your beauty. Don’t let those gray hair follicles and fine lines and wrinkles define your personality and hamper your charisma. With the advancement in technology, a number of surgical and non-surgical procedures and beauty therapies are now available to help you tighten your skin, get rid of those droopy eyelids and firm that saggy neck and flabby tummy. If the words “Surgical procedure” gives you those chills down your spine, then opt for non-surgical procedures which can also help you procure miraculous results.

Non-surgical procedures are non-invasive or minimally invasive treatments which do not actually require any surgical incisions and have no down time in effect after the procedure. There are numerous non-surgical procedures like the famous Ultraformer Micro-focused Ultrasound. Ultraformer is one of the latest techniques for non-invasive skin tightening on face, neck and body. By using the thermal energy generated from micro-focused ultrasound waves, Ultraformer; tightens, lifts and helps in firming your skin by evoking your body’s natural healing process of stimulating the collagen in the skin. Non-surgical procedures like this are painless, needle-less, incision-less, have no downtime at all and help your skin in a very subtle and natural way.

Similarly, there also exists some Surgical procedures which can be helpful in situations where substantial change in the appearance is required or the affected area is excessive. If conducted under the supervision of expert Surgeons, then these procedures can help patients in a tremendous way. Treatments like Forehead Rejuvenation, Blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty, Breast Augmentation surgeries, augmentation mastopexy, liposuction, abdominoplasty, fat grafting, etc. can help in attaining perplexing reconstructive and cosmetic benefits. Some of these treatments have very little recovery period and are done using very small incisions like liposuction, in which very small incisions are made to reach to the target area or fat grafting in which additional fat from donor areas of the body is transferred to other areas like cheeks, jaw-line, etc., as required.

Along with the procedure (Surgical or Non-surgical) most suited for your problem areas, the clinic and the surgeon that you choose to get the procedure done, also holds a lot of importance because you are eventually entrusting someone with your body. Fortunately, for the people living in Sydney, there is a beauty clinic in Sydney by the name Woollahra health and beauty, where under the supervision of trained experts like Dr. James Southwell-Keely and Lisa Ray, all of your queries and concerns are taken care of beautifully. Book a free initial consultation on their site Woollahrahealthandbeauty.com.au and give their Beauty medi spa in Bondi Junction, Sydney, a visit soon.

I would like to end this blog with the words of Zoe Kravitz, “Beauty is when you can appreciate yourself. When you love yourself, that’s when you’re most beautiful.” So, if you love yourself then nobody in this world can stop you from being beautiful. Start loving yourself and never let ageing stop you from being your most beautiful self or living your life to the fullest.

Driving Phobia

Written by

Hello, All

My name is Jasmine and I am new on here. The reason why I am on here is because, I am to the point that I want to overcome my fear of having driving phobia. I don't really drive like that because I have a total fear of accidents and anxiety behind the wheel. Yesterday, I drove long distance. I was really calm, but also I was kind of scared because I haven't drove in 9 months. I was really doing good until I had to stop at a light and I swerved a little bit. I don't know why I swerved because I never done that before when stopping at a red light. I felt bad a little bit, but then I got over it. Also, when I was driving I felt like pulling over and let my fiance take over, I had continue driving because I know I can do it and that I want to face this fear. After we made it home safely, I shook that feeling off and I told my fiance I can't believe I drove. He told me that I did just fine. Another thing, when I am on the passenger side, I be scared sometimes because I think something might happen. I am ready to overcome all this driving phobia, because I can't let other people drive me to places that I need to be. I need to start driving myself and not only that I am moving to the city the 27th, so yall know that I need to get my driving back in check. I forgot to tell yall that if someone is so close behind me I tend to get nervous and speed up. In my mind, I guess I feel that if the other drivers don't like the speed that I am going, I want to speed up and go the same speed as them, but I know I don't have too. A few years ago, I had gotten into this accident with some friends, when the two people was playing around and the person on the passenger side yanked the wheel and we flipped maybe 2 or 4 times, and after that I been scared every since so I'm thinking that's where this driving phobia came from. I hope I get over this driving phobia because I need to drive and I can't let this bother me forever. I know my fiance get tired of driving at times, so I want to be able to take over.

When I can't sleep

Written by

So one night I can't sleep and a game just came into my head. Might sound wierd when I explain it in a second, but puts me to sleep most of the time. So if you want to try it here it goes.

You have the alphabet A-Z as we all know.

Chose a subject, which can be as broad or narrow fielded as you like. Such as country names or character names from a certain movie.

This is where the alphabet comes in. Starting at A, think about something begining with that letter that relates to your subject you chose. Then work your way through the rest of the alphabet in order.

I know it hard to explain on here, so let me walk you through an example to help.

Lets start by chosing our subject, say fruit. Starting at the letter A, we could say Apple. Then we move to B, might say Banana. Repeat this for every letter that you can, progressing towards Z. If you got through the alphabet then do another round, chosing a different subject.

Ok now lets run through a broad subject like geograpghy. Say we progressed to the letter F, we could say forest, as it is related in some way. Then repeat again like the other example.

So there it is, like I said it works for me most of the time. Might have to do a few rounds, but does really put me to sleep
