this past month i have been doing horrible. i finally got to see a phycatrist to change my meds. she put me on seroqel.and up'd my other meds. its helping but it doesnt make me tired. at all. so i have to give her a call monday and ask for ambien. which she was going to give me anyways so it should be easy. im so tired from NOT getting any sleep. which puts me in a bad mood thanks to these pounding headaches i get everyday. 

urg. i just want to have a week of good days. but thats impossible when u have bipolar mixed and borderline personality disorder. one day at a time i guess
