Hi;  I've been taking Citalopram 20mg for about 2 months now but on full daily dose for only a month or so now.  I had a really hard time building up to the full daily dose, I guess I'm just hyper sensitive to the meds.  I haven't had any panic issues for several weeks but the other day, out of the blue, I had one.  The physical stuff was pretty intense but with the help of this website I was able to get through it.  I had to talk myself through it and I take an Ativan but I got through it.  Just wondering if anyone else on citalopram deals with the same thing??  I really don't want to increase my dose but I don't want to worry about the panics.
