I am new on here, am having a pretty anxious day today, it is so tiring to feel this way.

Having to fight with my property management company to have my service dog, I am terrified and fearful that they will not approve me. I miss my service dog so much! I am full of anxiety and panic without her....Not sure what to do.....

I have been feeling so anxious lately, waiting for my new job to start, I am constantly obsessing about every possible outcome. How do I live in the moment?

Good morning all! I woke up feeling ok today. I am thankful that I found this place. It is supposed to be a HOT one today, so I will be with my 3.5 year old daughter in the pool. Then we will stay in the AC when it get too hot. I hope you all have a great day! <3

Moving all the yard furniture out today out of one of the sheds came across a BIG mouse nest.. The little pests made their nest and all kinds of feces all over… All I could think of was all of the people you hear about getting seriously sick from either breathing or touching a mouse nest…. Put gloves on mask and then removed it… Now Anxiety…. Worried didn’t take enough precautions…
