I just realized that two days ago I left the house to run an errand with no safety person along and I was even aware of it. Funny thing was it wasn't a particularly good day. crazy huh

Having to fight with my property management company to have my service dog, I am terrified and fearful that they will not approve me. I miss my service dog so much! I am full of anxiety and panic without her....Not sure what to do.....

I have been feeling so anxious lately, waiting for my new job to start, I am constantly obsessing about every possible outcome. How do I live in the moment?

Had two very close friends from Australia visit the last couple of weeks- was so so great to see them after almost 2 years- very hard to say goodbye when I don't know when I'll see them again. A lot of retail therapy and some new crystals definitely helped destressing for a few days. Hope everyone has a relaxed and happy weekend
