Cant figure out what to do about this anxiety crap. I really dont believe there is hope. I have suffered for years and nothing yet. Idk what else to do!!! I seem to alway think I have a serious medical condition, but the doctors say its all anxiety. I am starting t not believe them maybe I am suffering from a illness and they just havent found it yet??? UGH!!!!! :'(

I just realized that two days ago I left the house to run an errand with no safety person along and I was even aware of it. Funny thing was it wasn't a particularly good day. crazy huh

Having to fight with my property management company to have my service dog, I am terrified and fearful that they will not approve me. I miss my service dog so much! I am full of anxiety and panic without her....Not sure what to do.....
