hi all, I've been off for a while how is everyone?

go outside, and face it all,.. You'll be fine. I wish no more anxiety.

so went out today with mum. was on edge since we left the house. went to went to 5 shops including the supermarket. half way through the supermarket i started to get teary. was fighting the depersonalization. then once back to the car i broke down crying.
