Hey Adonis. Well, I'm no expert, but I have the feeling that yes, there might be a connection. I have ADHD and my mind is always running, which makes my life a lot harder then it is supposed to be. As you know, a lot of anxiety comes from overthinking - mine at least does. So, if you have ADHD you're bound to be constantly thinking about every little detail of a situation; you may rumminate about what might go wrong; you probably envision worst-case scenarios... All that leads to anxiety. My therapist has suggested that I practice mindfulness and it's been great, a real life-changer. It has lowered my anxiety levels, not yet to the point of normalcy, but my stress has really subdued. I used to get so stressed out, I had chest pain. I really thought one day I'd have a heart attack. Now, whenever I feel too stressed, I practice it and it is wonderfully effective. There are some apps you can download that will teach you how to do it right. Hope things get better
