Hi there, I have suffered with tics and involuntary movements all of my life but only down the left hand side of my body. I had always thought that Tourette's was shouting and swearing but I have learned that it is so much more. My specific symptoms are toe curling, eye blinking, shoulder shrugging, vocalisations and facial movements. I take medication which reduces the regularity but does not stop it completely, especially under stress. I hope get embarrassed which makes me anxious and want to crawl out of the way and hide. Sorry you asked a question and I am rambling on about me!!
