Anger has got to be the most toxic of emotions - in terms of the your own well-being, and of those around you. I wonder if you have considered blocking out the world's madness. For me an effective way to do this is to not allow TV and radio (especially news) into my living space. Instead, I now watch youtube, where I have complete control over what I watch. I go for educational lectures and the like, things with no political attachments at all. This works for me by keeping all the world's negativity out of my life. I try to concentrate on the positive things I can do in my own little sphere - where I have control - in the end, this is all you are master of.

When I was younger, I tended to be constant angry. A way to work with it is trying to find the source of the anger, then reason why your angry. If anything, try distracting yourself with something that make you happy.

I get PISSED off too. I don't even know why it's just like everything and it's a lot. I end up fighting with my boyfriend a lot when it happens until I calm down.
