Does anyone else have digestive and stomach problems from their anxiety?

I know its kind of a weird question but it really scares me. So does anyone else suffer from digestive problems and stomach pains when their long term anxiety is bad? I've researched it before, but it'd be nice to hear (or read I guess) it for myself

Well, I know I get stomach pains frequently - and they are stress and food related. I say both stress and food, because stress can make it so I have a hard time consuming spicy foods. During very high anxiety times, I feel the need to pee a lot. And although it's not pleasant to share (but you asked!!) I also will get diarrhea strictly from an anxiety attack.

Anxiety is the perfect cure for constipation. So yeah, very normal. I am like Sahwithanxiety, I get a feeling of diarrhea when an anxiety attack hits. My hands start to shake and I get chill bumps up and down my arms. Then I feel claustrophobic.

Hi my stomach usually just cramps and I have zero appetite which causes me to freak out even more. I do however try to eat small things when I'm able to keep it down.

My stomach constantly feels bloated probably because of the anxiety and worry.

Yes anxiety and stomach issues are linked together. I've had severe stomach burning and pain with nausea for 6 months. My doctor did an EGD endoscope to look for ulcers and other abnormalities in my stomach. And found nothing, except gastritis, but anxiety and stress can cause that.
