Zoloft Withdrawal

Anyone successfully come off of Zoloft? I've been on it for 20 years, tried to taper down a few times but never got past the withdrawal.

It is possible to do anything! I took Zoloft for a very short time, nothing compared to 20 years... I stopped cold turkey. but if you know in your heart you don't want to take it anymore then you should try to stop. Make sure you have a good 5-6 days of time to feel better while going through with drawls and take stuff for headaches and do what helps you to relax. It's possible, I know you can do it just don't cave 2-3 days in. It'll take awhile for it to fully leave your system but drink a lot of fluids and treat your body how it needs to be treated... Flush it out and think of it like your're actually flushing something out of your system. Eat healthy and like i said drink as much water and detox fluids as you can and every time you pee convince yourself you're that much closer to a cleansed body.
