describe being different, we are all different in some way. I believe to think of oneself as being some how alien to others may lead to anxiety by confirming in your brain the belief you are different. Our thoughts are what drive us and we at times have unhelpful thoughts about how other people see us, but in reality we know that we possibly cannot know what another person is thinking. I too struggle with this sort of issue and have a constant battle keeping my thinking on-track.
