When Im depreed from anxiety all i do is lay in my room in the dark, all I do is just think about suicide. this only lasts for about an hour and then i'm fine, i hate this feeling and i don't want to have it anymore. most people tell me to do something i love been I can't, all i can do is lay there, and at this point i am stumped, and clueless what do i do?!?!?!!
