Dealing with generalized anxiety what works best?
I really like to keep focusing in what really helps, What works the best for you when you are felling uneasiness and general anxiety that has not a particular cause. For me the Top 3 are: 1) meditation or mantra singing (krishna dass is a great one to start with) 2) go our and Rollerblade for a few ours or take walk 3) concentrate in the task a hand and keep busy. hope it helps and looking forward to hear what is yours...
