Feelings in my heart lead to warm tingling sensation all over body?

I'm having extreme anxiety with my heart. I always feel it beating, i have extremely hard PVCs, and after i have these my body goes warm and numb. Each time that happens I feel like I'm going to die. This is the 3rd time tonight...I'm scared and I don't know how to deal with this. Is this a serious medical issue? Or is it all in my mind?

Hello! I joined this website to be able to help people like you. I know just how comforting it is to hear someone else tell you that no, you are not going to die. Usually a heart attack, or any other condition, have pretty specific symptoms and a short window of time for you to act. Once you realize this, you will notice that a feeling that lasts more than a couple of hours or days won't be a heart attack. I am of course assuming you already went to your cardiologist and were told there is nothing wrong with your heart. This is one of the problems with health anxiety. You don't believe your doctors when they tell you that there is nothing wrong with you. The second thing that helped me was actually embracing the fact that yes, I am going to die someday. And whenever that's going to happen, there is nothing I can do to stop that. Period. So worrying a lot about it will just change the way you feel and keep you on a vicious circle. Because the mind is that powerful. I've had my bp raised or lowered on panick attacks and there is nothing wrong with me. Just worrying makes me feel that. I really hope this helps you.

Sounds just like a panic attack. When this happens, you have approximately 3 minutes to shut down your body's adrenaline response. Breathe in for 8 seconds, out for 8... repeat a few times. Practice this often and you'll be able to kill panic attacks in their tracks.

Actually you should never use technics to stop a anxiety attack it is called a safety behaviour making your brain think you can't cope unless you do those things in turn making anxiety worse you need to ride it out adrenaline will run out and you will feel better
