I've got driving anxiety and would love it if anyone has any advice or techniques used to lessen driving anxiety. I think some of it my anxiety is from PTSD from being in a car with a bad driver and we ended up driving on the wrong side of the road, and it was terrifying- I grabbed the wheel from my friend and got us back on the correct side of the road, but it was still scarring for me. I have had two friends killed in car crashes, which also adds to my driving anxiety. I'm capable of driving, and am a pretty good driver, but I spend too much time worrying while I drive, and living with this foreboding that I'm going to do something wrong while I'm driving, especially like driving on the wrong side of the road. Any advice is welcome because I'm at the point where I know I'm worrying too much and I don't know what to do. Thank you!
