need to find an outlet
trying to find a productive and or physical/creative/otherwise type of outlet for my anxiety. my anxiety levels have skyrocketed lately and until I can get a handle on it I need an outlet to turn to. I cannot do high impact physical activity, I have metal in my left arm and right ankle so running is a no go for me. I can walk and do so every so often, but honestly it makes me just want to run and completely kills me that I cant do so...so I want to try to avoid that. any ideas would be greatly appreciated at this point because I'm at a loss. I love learning new things anyways so hopefully someone can give me an idea that would require me to research and learn how to do...I love hands on and dont mind physical things, I'm also a bit crafty, I cant draw or paint as my artistic level stops at words, but I can crochet and am willing to learn other crafts. long and short is I cant think of anything that I can do at this point to channel or curve my anxiety, so I'm hoping that someone else can get the ball rolling and give me some new, fresh ideas.
