Better at night than day

I notice that my stress and anxiety levels are higher in the mornings and all throughout the day until I get home from work. Meetings and lunch with coworkers have me dizzy and light-headed, every day. When I get home I start to relax and by 8 pm I'm feeling normal/good. What are some things I can do to mitigate the dizzy-light-headed feeling I get (as well as the constant introspection into my wellbeing) during the day? Thanks!!

You are not applying for a specific sop writing vacancy, but are sending your resume to the dream company in case suitable vacancies open in the future. If you decide that the letter will add points to you in the struggle for a vacancy, follow a few rules: - do not duplicate information from the resume; nothing to add - better write anything; - the volume of the letter - several sentences for a quarter to a third of a page; - the letter should draw attention to your candidacy, justify your motivation and the benefits that the employer will receive with your arrival, and not list what you expect to receive by working for this organization; - avoid platitudes, eliminate grammatical errors and typos.
