I notice that my stress and anxiety levels are higher in the mornings and all throughout the day until I get home from work. Meetings and lunch with coworkers have me dizzy and light-headed, every day. When I get home I start to relax and by 8 pm I'm feeling normal/good. What are some things I can do to mitigate the dizzy-light-headed feeling I get (as well as the constant introspection into my wellbeing) during the day? Thanks!!
