Usually i go and get some cold water and take a drink and put some cold water on my head and chest. than i sit infront of the fan, and concentrate on something like a movie or make a phone call do something on the computer
Different treatments work for different people.. somethings work better than others..it definitely depends on the person. Some people prefer a holistic approach such as yoga, while some people prefer medication or talk therapy. Many different options for treating anxiety.. you will have to experiment and see what works best for you!
