Since middle school all up untill the end of my 11th grade year of high school I had been in choir and (American) football. The summer befor 12th grade is when my panic attacks and everything were sending me to doctors, the ER, and just driving me crazy around the end of what is this month I was diagnoised with GAD and depression. It's only been a year and I feel dead inside but I just noticed that I didn't do football or choir senior year, don't listen to music, don't enjoy things I use to enjoy, and just do nothing in general. Could lack of hobbies and doing things make anxiety worse because if so what new hobbies should I pick up? Lately I just want to do something fun you know? Tell me about your hobbies and if they help :)
