Sorry - can't say I've had that.. best I can say is - if you are concerned, make an appointment with your doctor.. let them check you out.. assuming it's anxiety-related, they'll give you a clean bill of health, and then when the pain starts, you can tell yourself "Pain, you are all a figment in my head due to anxiety. I am ok. The doctor told me so"... eventually your mind will realize it too, and it won't be as severe, and might go away totally... wish you the best!
I tend to get anxious due to my health. If I feel anything amiss, I panic. I do however experience the same pain which makes me anxious. But I have cysts, which are common with girls. If I have a cyst burst I will throw up and become anxious, but I don't always know if it is a cyst. Check with your doctor, sometimes they can feel them. But I was telling my doctor I had them, who refused to believe me until an ultrasound proved otherwise.
