What should I do when something is bothering me?
What should I do when something is bothering me so much that I can't stand myself and what I had done? It's made me feel worthless and sick to my stomach. Parents and close friends have asked what is wrong but I can't tell anyone.

Do you write in a journal at all? I've found, when it's something I truly don't feel I can share with anyone at all - writing out every detail, exactly how I feel, with absolutely no concern of anyone ever reading what I'm writing, can be helpful. You learn a lot about yourself when you write with reckless abandon.
Burning what you've written, afterward, or destroying it completely some other way, allows you to truly feel comfortable that no one else will ever see. (read it, yourself, before you destroy it, though)

Well, if your anything like me that probably means your nerves are more sensitive than other people. So when you experience something, you feel it like 10 times more basically. Your system gets overwelmed and doesn't know what to do with it'self. Which makes you panic. There may be something wrong with you. Just don't be ashamed of it

Talk to someone, write it down, go for a walk ... do whatever feels best for you without physically hurting yourself. If you're really worried, you can always talk to people on here.
