I always feel better when I help someone and this site helps me to do it. However, can you honestly say that you actually practice what you preach? I know that I don't.

    I know I don't always practice what I preach. If I did I probably wouldn't need this site so much.

    I actually do *lol* BUT, I only preach what I specifically know has worked for me, in the past, so of course I'll practice it, if it works for me, right?

    Also - I wanted you to know that my boyfriend, who is bipolar, has a tattoo of a two headed "bipolar bear" on his forearm :D
