valerian root for anxiety, any one tried it?
valerian root for anxiety, I have been advised to take it, is it effective, any bad side effects? personal usage feed back would be much appreciated.

I tried it and it didn't work for me at all. Sorry. I hope you find something soon. Maybe try Kava Kava, I would suggest the pill form because the liquid is N A S T Y and then some YUCK!
