am i retarded, people around me always make me feel like this.. Im starting to belive it?

I've just been looking at the meaning of retarded and mantaly retarded. and from what I've seen it's someone who is slow to learn things. slow at taking things in, I wasn't very good at school. so yes if that's the case. I'm retarded. most people probebly don't even know the real meaning of the word. and use it for anything. try not to let it get to you. I know it's s hard. I have constant shaking and spasms in my head and neck . and I get called a spastic. not nice but you know yourself better than anyone else. Try not to let it hurt you as much as I did.
