Everything I have read says to cut out all caffeine and refined sugar. I love coffee, the taste, the smell, everything about it but I am down to 1 cup a day. Anymore than that and I notice it later in the day and pay the price. I drink decaf for a second cup on occasion but that even still has some caffeine in it and I notice it. It is a stimulant and that pretty much sums it up.
