    I often feel this way. I'll be fine one minute then just irritated for no reason

    i do this quite alot recently i would say its to do with anxiety, but if your on tablets for your anxiety this maybe the cause also as i have been very irratated with people since ive been on medication for anxiety

    yes i do get irritated with people for no reason at all then it leads to anxiety. Been having a terrible time with it this weekend and want it to stop

    Tea is hot and is good for you. It can help start to make you feel better. Somethings you really need to research and focus on your health, because that's the way to help yourself mentally and physically. I'm not ashamed at all to tell you that meditation has helped me see the world differently. It showed me how to stay peaceful. Everyone is different so you may find peace somewhere else. You curious ? go to youtube and search "guided meditation". Look for a video about 30 minutes long and lay on the floor with your eyes closed. The video should explain everything to you and the rest you just have to try and be spiritual. (Understand that you don't understand yet)
