Nearly all the time, not just helpless but a burden to to the people I live with.

When I watched my parents fight for 3 years straight, my dad moved out and my mother cried herself to sleep every night. That was a feeling of true helplessness.

Yes since being a very young child im now 22 and I am getting the help i need from treatment and therapy for depression and anxiety, but i think the feeling Helpless in my case is from my illness because i could never pin point a particular reason for this other than this lingering feeling i always had
