my husband has panic attacks, what is the right age to tell our children about it?
should I wait untill they are gorwn usp to tell them about their fathers panic attacks?

I mean it's up to you, but around their preteen age is good. So they're old enough to understand

I don't have kids or anything... But if they can see that something is going on with their father, whatever explanation, whatever degree of truth you use, you should tell them something. Kids tend to pick up on things with their parents and it probably worries them if they see something is there but that you and Daddy are trying to hide it. Just a thought... Wish you and your family the best.
