    CBT is cognitive behavioral therapy. A lot of therapists are trained in it.

    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, go to ur dr and he can reffer u, thats how i got mine but im still on the waiting list.

    CBT is the single greatest thing that has ever happened to me.

    Ask your doctor, they will refer you. Depending on where you live - it may even be free. I'm in Ontario, Canada, and mine was covered by OHIP - COMPLETELY FREE to me. It was a 12 week program. And it changed my life.

    I am currently 4 year in remission from my anxiety disorders, medication free, because of CBT.
