Worrying about your health is a common thing we all do it its part of anxiety. People worry go and have checkups then find theres nothing wrong with them. But yet they worry still and don`t know why. Excepting these are normal feelings of anxiety is what you need to concentrate on. It will get easier with time as it has with me.If your worried goto the docs even if theres nothing wrong it will help put your mind at rest.

I have the same problem. But it's hard for me to go to the doctor. I panic just knowing I have an appointment. For example right now my throat is sore without any other symptoms of a cold. I'm assuming it's from switching cigarettes and now slowly quitting. But I can't help but think it's lung cancer-or some other sort of cancer. One thing I've learned is to ignore whatever symptom you might have and it'll go away and you won't even worry about it anymore. Till something new comes up then you go back around haha. I do believe it will end eventually. It's just part of this whole anxiety crap.

thanks everyone, i really hope i eventually can overcome feeling like this. I've been this way for as long as i can remember in life and its a nightmare. Every new symptom i get, straight away im on "Google" and you can be guaranteed that i find results that indicate im dying!! I'm going on holidays next week to paris and i've spent the entire evening checking out how far the nearest english speaking doctor is from where im staying.. i don't want to ruin my first proper holiday in years with worrying about something that may never happen :(
