I get lightheaded every single time i go out, the bigger or busier the place the worst it is and also certain situations so i avoid going out at all now, the only place i go is the small shop down the rd from where i live... its the worst simple and the hardest to deal with... hope u feel better soon.

I get dizzy when I stand up. I get dizzy when I blow my nose. Even certain lighting that I feel is bright gets me dizzy. It could be medicine or maybe you are hungry and need sugar? There are worse feelings so I will take dizzy and light headed
