yh i think so, i never used to get them but since ive been suffering with anxiety i get them all the time.

I get them all the time now too with anxiety. Not so much a headache IN my head but ON and around it because of muscle tension and stress.

I get them but unsure if its related to me not eating as much when having anxiety
