I am scared of driving, is this normal or am I developing a phobia?

I was afraid of driving after I was in a car accident on my prom night.
I was 18 then.
I just got my license at age 22
I didnt want any thing to do with the car.
I still sometimes dont want to drive.
Its normal after an accidnt to be afraid to drive.
take it slow. try it a few times in empty parking lot.... with someone who wont judge you.
