i cant stop sweating, any method to stop it?

i get that or hot flushes, try just breathe and calm as its anxiety and nervousness that makes you sweat. a cold drink helps me or have the window slightly open until youve cooled down

Are you on any medications? That could be a contributor. My sweat levels increased ten-fold, while on Paxil. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to take it down a notch or two...
