Has anyone else experienced sleepwalking during high-anxiety periods?
When my anxiety is particularly high, I'm told I sleepwalk. My housemates get VERY freaked out by it. I enter their rooms and look around, eyes open, then when they speak, I run back to my own room. I don't have any reccollection of this, but it has happened more than once. Anyone else experience this?

When I was little I used to sleepwalk I don't know how I stopped but I guess you can always google it
