Does anybody's hands turn blue and go numb during a panic attack or just having anxiety?
When I have panic attacks or bad anxiety my hands turn blue and/or numb. Does anybody else experience this? Also some of my panic attacks have lead to seizures have any of you had that too and been diagnosed with something besides panic disorder?

My hands have never turned blue but they do go numb when I am very anxious. They become numb and almost want to ball up too. I say numb but it's almost more like there are thousands of tiny needles poking my hands just slightly. Kind of like when your foot falls asleep or something.

Mines go numb but they never turned colors. I have never had a seizure but my head hurts so bad that I always think I will have one.

when i get a panic i immediately feel my legs, stomach, head, and hands go numb. it is very bother some and it get me even more worried.

Sometimes my finger tips turn very white and go numb, but never blue.
