Not me personally, but I recall reading this somewhere as an infrequent symptom of a panic attack. Is it happening all the time though? It may be a side effect of a medication you are taking.

I dont take Any sort of Medication My psych suggests that I fight it out Naturally.. She showed me a site called Anxiety center and I did see the symptoms for ringing ears

Yup, and its not nice because I also get a tight throat, meaning I cant swallow either
