can fast hart beat and weak legs be a panic attack?
I been felling real sick lately, the doc says it may be my anxiety is this possible?

My main anxiety symptom is feeling sick and that increases my anxiety because I think I'm going to be sick, in public, and for everyone that's an embarrassing thing to happen. weak legs and increased heart beat are both attack symptoms

yes both of those are symptoms.... there are a lot of strange symptoms of anxiety.

It can be. My heart beats very fast when I'm anxious. My legs don't get weak but my hands do get numb. Sometimes I get nauseous too.
