Does anyone get so scared during an attack they run to neighbors to try and help?

when my anxiety is overwhelming or on the brink of a panic attack, i have not actually gone to a neighbors for help but it is ALWAYS in my mind that i can do that if i need to, also during those times i check to see who is home
