it definitely wouldn't be lupus if your blood work is fine, and GAD can actually cause joint pain; it tends to cause muscle pain too.

I get extreme joint pain in my hands and egzema flair ups at the same time when my anxiety levels are high.

Anxiety can make you feel anything don't scare yourself by researching!

i have gad and i think my body has gone through it all. i wouldn't research or maybe keep it to a minimum because it can be scary, if anything just look up symptoms of gad and leave it at that. if you ever wonder about a symptom if you ask on this site you will get a answer and when you see other people have the same things, it can be reassuring
