    Please dont fight with it, the best u can do its make a friendschip with your anxiety, dont make it as your own enemy cause the symtoms and feeling u would make much more worst. Let the body do what its wants, let the heart beat as much it wants, let it be and stay calm. Thats has helped me a lot. I got those advices from India. Such are some meditations provided daily
